We are sorry but we do not offer hotel upgrade for this tour. Usually tour groups are staying at Stratosphere and will change to other hotels of similar grade only if Stratosphere is full. Actually we never receive negative feedback on this hotel.

Yes, you can go directly to the hotel instead of the airport if you wish to self transport there. Just make sure to call 1-2 days before the departure date so we can confirm the hotel we will have booked for your first night on tour.

The tour only provide free pickup from airport, can not pick up you from your hotel.
If you arrive one day before the tour , you can choose to go to the airport to meet our tour escort,
or you can self-transfer to the first night hotel to check-in after 3:00pm

We are sorry but the tour package does not include flight back to Phoenix, instead, on the fourth day of the tour, we will arrange shuttle bus back to Phoenix. And if you would like to fly back to Phoenix, you are supposed to self book the flight.
